So, since I have been on my vegan diet I am trying to find fun delicious recipes out there. I found that at first I was eating the same stuff every day and it usually consisted of some fruit in the morning, a salad with lots of veggies and black beans for lunch, and a gardenburger for dinner with more salad. Well I have found many websites lately that have given me so many more options and great tasting food.
Here is my dinner from last night:
Ok, I know I need to get better at food photographer, I will be working on it, but this dinner was tasty. Baked kale chips, an easy lentil salad, and whole wheat bread with earth balance on it. Mmmm, I'm getting hungry now again.
