Oh bananas!!







This is a frozen banana with peanut butter smooshed inside it. I prepared it last night, for an amazing breakfast!





And this is what you get when you put the frozen peanut butter banana in the food processor for a few minutes, banana soft serve, yummm!!! My two favorite things to eat are peanut butter and bananas, perfecto!


And, then I made vegan overnight oats from OhSheGlows and layerd them in a cup. And this is what I got.

The banana soft serve was pretty thick, I should have added a little bit of almond milk to thin it out but, it was super delicious! I gobbled the whole thing down and was full for hours. Loved this!!

Food!

So, since I have been on my vegan diet I am trying to find fun delicious recipes out there. I found that at first I was eating the same stuff every day and it usually consisted of some fruit in the morning, a salad with lots of veggies and black beans for lunch, and a gardenburger for dinner with more salad. Well I have found many websites lately that have given me so many more options and great tasting food.


Here is my dinner from last night:

Ok, I know I need to get better at food photographer, I will be working on it, but this dinner was tasty. Baked kale chips, an easy lentil salad, and whole wheat bread with earth balance on it. Mmmm, I'm getting hungry now again.

Oh how I love to eat!







This is my most recent creation, spicy shredded pork. Of course I can't eat it because of this thing called a diet, and I'm currently on a get healthy kick. But, I love to cook, which is a good thing I have Josh to cook for. Otherwise, I would be overweight from all the food I cook. This recipe is from The Pioneer Woman's cookbook so I can't actually take the credit for the recipe, but Josh said it was the best thing I've ever cooked!


And, this is the 30 Day Shred. Jillian kicks my ass everyday. I tried this several months ago and had amazing results, but fell off the band wagon and need to get back on track. Since it's so hot out lately here in Arizona I can't work out outside, and we are moving in a month so I can't just go get a gym membership. So, I'm stuck with mean old Jillian. I have to say, she does give you the results and she pushes you hard. My goal is to do her for 30 days, and actually get to level 3 and finish it. Level 2 is a killer, and I have not even made it to level 3, I'm actually kind of nervous. But, I am destined to get this done!

I have also, switched my diet majorly. I have become a vegan. I recently watched Food Inc. and am so upset about the way our animals are treated. I had no idea until watching that. I think there needs to be a major change in the USDA and the way things are run. I am also vegan because it is helping me lose the weight and be healthy, no processed food.

Welcome to my blog!!

My very first blog post. Hmmm.... What should I write about? Well first off I have an upcoming wedding in December that I currently planning. Well, where is this amazing, fun, extroardinary wedding going to take place you may ask?





St. Thomas USVI!! That is where we will be getting married. In paradise, with some of our closest friends and family that we love.

On the beach at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort and Spa is where the actual wedding will take place. We have six months left until the wedding and honeymoon!
What you will get out of this blog is my life in wedding planning, life in Arizona soon to be Montana, my weight loss goals, and just everyday happenings. Hope you enjoy reading :)
